• Content in context - We test how instructional family engagement content actually performs when delivered through real platforms — not in controlled conditions, but in the contexts families and educators already live in.
• Educator Implementation - We study what supports educators in sending learning-focused communication consistently and what gets in the way. That knowledge shapes both content and platform design.
• Family Engagement - We look carefully at how families engage with content that connects to learning — not just open rates, but what it takes for a message to become a moment of engagement at home.
